This policy applies to all purchases at pagebureau.com, operated by KLASIQA LIMITED (Company No. 15183611), registered in England and Wales. By placing an order you agree to this policy.
30-day refund window
If you purchase a custom design service and decide not to proceed, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — provided design work has not yet begun. Once we confirm design has started (typically within 48 hours of receiving your completed brief), the order is non-refundable, as work is produced entirely to your specification with no resale value.
How to request a refund
Email support@pagebureau.com with your order number and the subject line “Refund Request”. We will confirm receipt within one business day and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If something goes wrong on our side
If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, or the final work materially differs from what was agreed, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of build stage. Please contact us first — we always try to resolve issues before processing a refund.
Template downloads are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as they are digital content supplied immediately upon purchase and you expressly consent to immediate delivery at checkout.
We do not offer refunds on template downloads once the file has been made available, unless the file is materially defective (corrupted or missing files). If you believe your download is faulty, email support@pagebureau.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
