Purchase and order data
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, billing information, and purchase details. This is required to fulfil your order, send you order confirmation, and handle any refund or support queries. Legal basis: contract performance.
Project brief data
Custom service customers complete a project brief containing business information, website preferences, and any other details you choose to share. This data is used solely to deliver your project. Legal basis: contract performance.
Contact form submissions
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. We use this to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
Technical and analytics data
Our server automatically logs basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source). This is used for site security and performance monitoring and is not linked to your identity. We do not use third-party analytics cookies without your consent.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data with the following third-party processors to operate our service:
Stripe / WooCommerce Payments — payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and processes your card data directly; we do not store card numbers.
Hostinger — web hosting. Your data may be processed on servers in the EU.
WPForms — form processing (submissions are emailed to us and not stored in the database by default).
GoHighLevel — if you interact with our live chat widget, your message may be processed through GoHighLevel’s platform.
Each processor is contractually required to handle your data in accordance with GDPR.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (where we have no legal obligation to retain it); restrict or object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@pagebureau.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We retain order and customer data for 7 years in line with UK financial record-keeping requirements. Project brief data is retained for the duration of the project plus 1 year. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. You may request earlier deletion where no legal obligation prevents it.
This site uses only essential cookies required for the WooCommerce shop (cart, session) and WordPress to function. No marketing or tracking cookies are set without your consent. If we add analytics or advertising tracking in future, we will update this policy and add a consent banner.
