Digital templates
Digital templates (including Marlowe and Maison) are sold as-is for use on the buyer’s own website. A licence is granted to the purchasing individual or business to install and use the template on one website. Resale, redistribution, or sub-licensing of the template files is not permitted.
Custom design services
Custom website design is delivered as a fixed-scope service. The stated deliverables (number of pages, revision rounds, handover) are defined at the point of purchase and on the relevant product page. Work begins within 48 hours of receiving a completed project brief. Anything beyond the stated scope requires a separate quote.
Template + Setup service
This service covers installation of one Page Bureau template on hosting you provide access to. It does not include design customisation beyond template defaults.
All prices are shown in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via WooCommerce Payments (Stripe). By completing checkout, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.
For custom services, full payment is required upfront before work begins. No subscription or retainer fee is charged by Page Bureau.
For custom website services, you are responsible for providing accurate brief information, purchasing your own domain and hosting (where applicable), providing login credentials to your hosting account where required, and responding to our requests in reasonable time. Delays caused by incomplete information or unresponsiveness do not affect the non-refundable status of work that has already started.
For Shopify projects: if you do not have a store, we will build in a free Shopify development store and transfer ownership to you. If you have an existing store, you will send us a collaborator request. You remain the store owner throughout.
On completion and full payment of a custom design service, ownership of the design (graphics, layouts, copy we authored) passes to you. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
Template files remain the intellectual property of KLASIQA LIMITED. A limited licence is granted to the purchaser for personal or business use on a single site. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the template.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KLASIQA LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any website we build. Ongoing maintenance, security updates, and hosting are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included in the agreed scope.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
